Future Plan

MBL Asset Management Limited is in the process of receiving Venture Capital Financing License within the meaning of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Alternative Investment) Rules 2015.

The company will focus on providing a suite of asset servicing solutions to the valued individuals as well as institutional investors. MBL Asset Management Company believes in identifying & delivering financial goals through devoted and customized financial solutions by deep understanding and specialized domain knowledge through a dedicated and expert team. The company will be involved in Mutual Fund, EFT Management and Alternative Investment Fund Management.

Venture capital is also a way in which the private and public sectors can construct an institution that systematically creates business networks for the new firms and industries, so that they can progress and develop. This institution helps identify promising new firms and entrepreneurs and provide them with finance, technical expertise, mentoring, marketing "know-how", and business models. Once integrated into the business network, these firms are more likely to succeed, as they become "nodes" in the search networks for designing & building products in their domain. Thus Venture Capital will be one of the focuses of MBL Asset Management Limited.

Besides it will act as financiers, promoter sponsors, investors, invest in private deals, derivatives and other investment management products and services and all other services it is permitted by law to do so as licensed fund manager and asset manager.
